Machining

MACHINING

Our Services

Our machining department is equipped to handle everything from intricate small parts to oversized OD components. With advanced CNC mills, lathes, and vertical turning lathes, we maintain tight tolerances while meeting demanding production schedules. Whether it’s a one-off prototype or a full production run, our focus is on accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Working Materials: Carbon Steel, Alloys, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Nickel , Bronze, Copper, Brass, Titanium, Plastics. (All materials not applicable to every process.)

Our CNC machining capabilities support both milling and turning operations, allowing us to efficiently machine complex geometries and precision features in a wide range of materials.

Quality Control Department

Quality is built into every step of our machining process. From first article inspection through final verification, each part is measured, checked, and documented to ensure it meets exact specifications. Our team uses calibrated inspection tools and proven quality procedures to maintain consistency, accuracy, and repeatability for both custom components and production runs.

CMM INSPECTION CAPABILITIES:
Brown & Sharpe MicroXcel (7-6-5) manual CMM with a 28” × 24” × 20” measuring envelope
Renishaw indexable probe head for accurate multi-angle feature inspection
CMM Manager software supporting detailed dimensional and GD&T reporting

CALIBRATED MEASURING EQUIPMENT:
All measuring and inspection tools are routinely calibrated to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with quality standards.
